Senior Project Manager, Digital Consulting
Qualifications
- A degree in either engineering, automation, digital technology, or data science
- Intermediate to Senior level experience managing projects and/or deploying complex Digital solutions in an industrial environment.
- Proven performance leading technical work as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrated capabilities to build relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in various commercial contracting models/risk profiles (Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable, etc.).
- Proven experience in Waterfall and Agile project management.
- Solid understanding of EPC project delivery and the stage gate process.
- Competent in MS Project, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Has an excellent overall understanding of the impact of Industry 4.0 technology.
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects and working with clients for pull through work.
- Motivational leadership style and strong communication skills with ability to develop high performance culture.
- Ability to identify, quantify, and mitigate risks effectively through positive decision making.
- Ability to manage project change effectively with project team and clients.
- Capable of working with a diverse global project team working in an office and remotely.
- Experience working in Mining is an asset.
- Understanding of OT Network Integration and Control System Implementation.
- Must be located in Arizona and willing to commute on a regular basis to Tucson.

The successful candidate will be comfortable discussing technical content with clients and driving successful outcomes with technical subject matter experts. Previous experience in project management and execution of control system and associated OT network communication is required.
