Senior Project Manager
Qualification & experience:
1. University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
2. Professional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Program Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM).
3. Relevant experience in supervisory, project management and/or technical experience; Workshare experience; E, EP Project experience.
4. Demonstrated PM experience leading medium and large projects with medium and high-risk elements; EPCM, EPC including site assignments; Multi-Cultural / Multi-National environments.
5. Makes independent decisions and recommendations in the course of managing a project. Broad knowledge of functional area and ability to implement and lead organizational project change effectively. Solutions are derived from interpreted and applied general information and consultation with other individuals.
6. Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Influence over duties. Receives administrative direction based on project and organization policies and objectives. Work is reviewed to ensure conformity with project directives, policy and for coordination of other Worley departments.
