Senior Project Engineer-Mining, Minerals, & Metals

What you will bring

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s  degree  in Mechanical or Mining Engineering  
• Advanced degree in Engineering would be considered an asset.
• 10+ years of experience in Mining, especially Process Plant, Open-pit, Underground and Material Handling projects.
• 5+ years of Senior Engineer or Project Engineer experience in Mining projects.
• Experience and familiarity with NI43-101 and/ or SK-1300 compliant studies highly regarded
• Willingness to travel

Preferred: 

•   Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona state is advantageous.
•  3 to 5 years of EPC/EPCM Mining project experience
•  Construction/operational mining experience is preferred

•  Proven leadership and project management skills.
•   In-depth knowledge of open-pit and underground mining and process plant operations.
•   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•   Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools.
