As a Senior Project Engineer / Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible to lead and deliver brownfield, multi-discipline projects while providing hands-on electrical engineering expertise throughout all phases of delivery.

What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer / Electrical Engineer to join our Gladstone team.
The role responsibilities include:
Set and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and productivity targets in line with Worley standards.
Oversee all phases of project delivery – from concept and design through to construction and commissioning.
Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, including design, equipment selection, and specification development.
Engage with clients to ensure successful project delivery and maintain strong working relationships.
Monitor project performance, including cost, schedule, and deliverables, identifying and managing trends or variances.
Ensure effective change control, contract compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
Participate in reviews, inspections, and risk assessments, contributing to safe and constructible design outcomes.
What you’ll have
Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering & project engineering/management.
RPEQ desirable (but not mandatory).
Oil & Gas experience desirable.
Control, Instrumentation, Telecoms, and Automation experience advantageous.
Brownfield engineering background, with construction and commissioning experience required.
Gladstone based with the ability to travel to site (nominally 2 days per week average).
