Technical and Industry Requirements:

• Intermediate-level experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract experience 
• Proven ability to communicate and present complex program proposals and reports to executive-level management.
• Strong persuasion and influence skills.
• Participative management style with a cooperative team approach.
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-cultural and possibly multi-national environments.
• Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

• BA/BS degree in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Senior-level experience in Procurement and Contracts.
• Ideally, supervisory and/or management experience.
• Manages work directly or indirectly through Managers.
