Qualifications - External
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil/ structural engineering
- PE license required. NCEES certification is preferred.
- Familiar with IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC and PIPs
- Capable to lead team of civil/structural engineers & designers
- Proficiency in civil/structural software such as STAAD Pro, STAAD Foundation, Mat3D, RISA 3D and Connection Design
- Familiar with Tekla, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Office tools.
Personal Attributes
- Ability to lead mid to large size projects
- Creative in engineering design and calculations
- Balanced, patient, helpful and comfortable with following job requirements
- Ability to communicate and work with clients, PM and with other teams
- Ability to direct C/S designers and engineers as required
- Represents best interest of Worley
Education/Formal Training
- Minimum 4 years bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering
- Extensive experience in civil/structural engineering and leading projects
