About You:

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and or Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status. 
  • Hazardous Area Accreditation (or good understanding in design of) 
  • Proven experience as a Senior, Principal or Lead Electrical Engineer across the energy and chemicals sectors.  
  • Experience across phases of engineering projects from order of magnitude, conceptual, feasibility through to detailed design and execution and full understanding of deliverables required. 
  • The ability to work across multiple projects at any given time. 
  • Good understanding and at all phases of projects including: Brownfield interfaces, HV and LV systems, AC and DC systems, Power distribution, Electrical calculations required for design and Power system studies (inc. load flow, fault level voltage and motor starting analysis) and protection coordination.
