**Qualifications / Skill Set:**

*Essential Qualifications and Training*

- A 4 or 5-year technical degree in science or engineering.

- Leadership and project execution training.

- Active licensure with a local engineering governing body where required by law.

*Desirable Qualifications and Training*

- Training in risk management or quality.

*Experience and Knowledge*

- Over 12 years of relevant discipline experience, with at least 3 years in project leadership roles.

- Strong background in discipline work and a comprehensive understanding of regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry practices.

- Proficiency in estimating project costs, writing proposal content, and leading project teams.

*Technical Skills*

- Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

- Functional awareness of discipline tools and their interrelationship with analytics and modeling.

- Desirable: Competence in Microsoft Access and Visio, and touch typing ability.

*HSE Capability*

- Implement and manage all relevant company HSE requirements.

- Drive safe and sustainable engineering outcomes through the application of SEAL.

- Demonstrate a commitment to personal well-being and proactive health, safety, and environmental performance.

*People Skills*

- Build constructive and effective business relationships; communicate clearly, accurately, and consistently.

- Utilize diplomacy and tact; be approachable and employ active listening principles.

- Work collaboratively within high-caliber teams and with multiple stakeholders.
