Senior Planner/Scheduler
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSET
- A university degree, or equivalent qualification, in engineering, construction management, project controls, or a related discipline; or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Extensive experience in planning and scheduling within the energy, chemicals, or resources sector, ideally in environments where sustainability and innovation are core focuses.
- Advanced proficiency in project scheduling, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines across multiple phases of major projects.
- Proven experience leading project planning teams and managing the performance of direct and indirect reports in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate data into actionable plans that align with business and customer objectives.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear presentation of ideas and project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in supporting the growth and development of project teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement in planning practices.
- A thorough understanding of planning software, scheduling tools, and digital systems used in project delivery within a global, data-centric organization.
