Senior Piping Engineer
· Experienced with applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications and codes (ASME, British, European and International standards and other construction practices.)
· Experienced in a consulting engineering environment over the whole lifecycle of a project including concept, FEED and Detailed Design.
· Experienced in piping engineering, piping stress, pipe supports & onshore plant equipment layouts and detailed piping design based on recognised onshore & offshore engineering practices.
· Experience in the piping design as per codes (preparation of Datasheets, specifications, MTOs, plot plant, piping layouts, piping isometrics, piping line classes, line designation tables, specialty items, material selection diagrams)
· Experienced in dealing with a variety of clients including developers, government bodies and EPC Contractors.
· Competent in the use of industry software for piping for efficient project delivery, including SmartPlant software tools, 3D modelling, etc.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
· Experience working in the Middle East.
· Experience in industrial infrastructure projects with design in Water, Wastewater treatment and Pumping stations.
· Experience in Intake and Outfall, Desalination, Wastewater treatment, Utilities projects.
