Role Context: 

You will collaborate with a team of experts in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and offering technical expertise to multidisciplinary teams.  

You will 

  • Lead piping engineering projects from initial design to construction support. 
  • Develop and review piping designs, layouts, and specifications to meet project and industry standards. 
  • Perform stress analysis, material selection, and thermal expansion calculations. 
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth integration of piping systems. 
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshoot issues as needed. 
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. 

You bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 
  • Extensive experience as a Piping Engineer including leadership 
  • Skilled in using piping software like AutoCAD, CAESAR II, and E3D. 
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and codes such as ASME, ANSI, API, and EN. 
  • Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure, with strong communication skills. Experience in both brownfield and greenfield projects is essential. Fluency in English is required; Swedish is an advantage.
