Senior Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibility
- Prepare/Review Monthly payrolls and redirect payments.
- Review/approve third party remittance payments.
- Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to address, manage and resolve issues and queries efficiently and timely.

Maintain employee Personal accounts likes Housing advance, personal deduction & business advances. Prepare End of services calculations for leavers.
- Review internal processes: identifying, documenting, and implementing improvements and changes where needed.
- Follow internal processes and SOP’s; identifying, documenting, and implementing improvements and changes where needed.
- Ensuring payroll system is up to date and in compliance with local requirements.
- Audit payroll reports for each payroll run to confirm accuracy.
- Reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
- Prepare Month & year end government tax documents and various year end payroll reports as requested.
- Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
- Create custom reports and analysis to support various business units.
- Initiate and support process improvements within payroll to align with corporate strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Support with payroll system implementation (if any).
- Perform complete data transformation prior to migration to payroll system (if any).
- Work with team on system upgrade and implementation and reporting requirements.
- End to End testing and review of system updates and configurations.
- Bachelor's in commerce or accounting
- Relevant experience in Supervising role
- Good knowledge of KSA & EGYPT Laws.
