Senior Materials Handling Engineer, Mining, Minerals & Metals
What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Senior level design engineering experience with conveyor and feeder design, stockpile systems, and industry best practices working on mining, minerals & metals projects. Consulting engineering firm is a definite asset.
- Experience with bulk bagging and packaging equipment is an asset.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
- Experience with Computer Aided Design software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in mine operations/engineering or mine project development including selection of handling systems and equipment.
Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered or eligible for registration with PEO.
