We have identified a need to grow an internal capability to ensure that the transformation focus is in line with the implementation of high impact initiatives matched to our enterprise strategy and can play the role of ensuring that these initiatives are being executed and embedded into the business, working closely with the Transformation Management Office and Organisational Change Management.
As a Senior Manager - Transformation Strategy Implementation, you will be responsible for translating enterprise strategy into structured transformation initiatives that drive execution.

What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Translate relevant aspects of the enterprise strategy (i.e. high impact and enterprise relevance) into framed transformation workstreams to implement the strategy.
- Work with TMO and Group Strategy to scope workstreams and define measurable outcomes ready for execution.
- Set targets for workstreams and track gap to target success measures of program (note TMO accountable for individual workstream target tracking and reporting.
- Work with workstream leads and TMO to develop and pressure test business cases and implementation plans.
- Identify key drivers of gaps and under performance and to drive appropriate interventions to achieve desired impact.
- Drive and implement initiatives into the business (including necessary change management partnering).
- Coordinate inputs and compile quarterly business review reporting packs.
- Coordinate and compile Transformation input to Investor Relations events such as Half Year and Full Year calls, Investor Day presentations and Annual Report.
- Assist workstream leads as required to navigate impediments to successful transformation.
- Identify and solve problems across the scope of the Transformation program as required.
What you’ll have
- Significant experience in strategy consulting professional services firm or internal consulting role.
- Working knowledge of Energy, Chemicals and/or Resources sectors.
- Demonstrated experience operating in a corporate environment, interfacing with Executive, leadership teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated influencing and change agent capabilities through informal and formal networks.
- Ability to diagnose and analyse multi-disciplinary business problems, develop and implement solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in Transformation implementation, experience developing enterprise strategy desirable.
- Autonomous, self-directed, however still a strong team player.
- Ability to deliver high quality, well thought through content and recommendations in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to storyline, develop presentations and communicate at both executive (GE, Presidents) and front-line levels.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing situations.
- Display a comfort with ambiguity and focus on impact.
- Strong relationship building skills and a high degree of professionalism.
- Experience with creating presentations, presenting to/facilitating sessions to groups, including senior leaders, with confidence and poise.
