Senior Manager, Project Controls
Role Context:
Worley is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls / Project Services to work on a mega size project. In this role, you are ultimately responsible for all Project Controls / Project Services related activities, which are spread across the following disciplines: cost, schedule, risk and change management.
The position is in the Worley office in The Hague; presence in the office for 4 to 5 days/week is required.
You'll be:
- Proven track record of managing large and mega projects during engineering & procurement phase.
- Proven experience in all project controls disciplines (cost, schedule, risk, change management).
- Demonstrate a pro-active and pragmatic mentality. Able to navigate complex project environment; experienced in bringing projects (in engineering & procurement phase) back on track.
- Experience with working in diverse, multi-cultural and sometimes remote offices (work sharing concept).
- Real team player and lead (within project controls team, but also in cooperation with other departments).
- Knowledge of project controls tools such as Ecosys and P6 is a plus.
You'll have:
- Experience of minimum 20 years within project controls, of which 5+ years as Project Controls Manager.
- Experience with managing large and mega projects, especially during engineering and procurement phase. (Non-negotiable requirement)
- Language requirements: Fluent in English is a must.
- Based in European / UK borders.
