General Porpouse of the role:
Provide strategic direction, organization, and overall management for pursuit and development of opportunities in Middle Game; and for leading their Inside Sales team for the preparation of proposals and prequalification documents in response to customers´ RFP, RFI, EOI, etc. Responsible for leading or organizing opportunity pursuit strategy and activities, by producing, or gathering input from appropriate contributors, developing responsive proposal document(s), and delivering proposals to customers. Works closely with business development managers and capture manager (future PM) to identify and articulate overall proposal strategy and thematic approach. Assembles proposal team; manages proposal preparation and production; prepares for and supervises Q&A and final proposal revision activities. Works closely with joint venture partners, contract managers, and subcontractors to develop proposal material. Responsible for understanding customer requirements, assessing specific proposal/prequalification deliverables, technical and commercial proposal development, timely and proper reviews and signoffs, final proposal production, and ensuring that follow-up activities are properly defined and agreed upon. This person will be leading the opportunities from an Inside Sales perspective for Major Projects identified in the Argentinean market for Resources (Mining) and Conventional Energy (Oil Gas Upstream or Midstream), and can eventually do that for other territories.
Typical Qualifications
University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 15+ years relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.

Ability to troubleshoot and develop tactical plans for implementing organizational goals and oversee the design of new concepts and ideas related to projects as well as functional area of expertise; Broad knowledge of functional area and ability to implement and lead organizational project change effectively; Solutions are derived from interpreted and applied general information and consultation with other individuals.
Supervision Received
Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Influence over duties. Receives administrative direction based on organization policies and objectives. Work is reviewed to ensure conformity with policy and for coordination of other company departments.
Supervision Authority
Manages and directs work directly or through supervisors or professionals leading others. Makes decisions as to the selection, training, discipline and remuneration of staff. Assigns program work that involves several projects and sets policy framework for project work.
Communication
Effectively communicate and present complex proposals and reports to senior level management. Ability to persuade and influence others. Participative management style with a cooperative team approach.
