Senior Manager, Field Procurement Management
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in procurement, or a related discipline, including supervisory or project management roles.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams. Experience in driving change and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of procurement systems, processes, and tools. Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex proposals and reports to senior leadership. Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Business Acumen: Solid understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and sustainability principles. Ability to align procurement practices with organizational goals.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong stakeholder management abilities with a participative management style and a cooperative approach to conflict resolution.
Sustainability Commitment: Passion for driving sustainable practices and contributing to a more sustainable future.
