Senior Manager, Estimating
Technical and Industry Experience:
- 10 or more years of experience as an estimator in an EPC environment
- EPC estimating experience
- Mining estimate experience is considered an asset
- Supervisory experience
Required:
- Technical/Engineering Degree or Diploma

IT Skills:
- Well versed in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access, working with spreadsheets, schedules & tables.
- Experience with estimating software
People Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization
- Excellent management skills including the ability to plan, set goals; and manage time, priorities, resources, accountabilities, schedules, and cost.
- Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills. Must be able to build, motivate, develop and manage an effective team. Able to effectively manage and resolve conflict between individuals and/or groups.
Other:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable - open to change, new ideas and methods.
- Ability to coordinate activities to meet requirements in a timely fashion.
- Expected to analyze very complex problems and reach sound conclusions
- Ability to travel
