Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of cost management experience in the oil & gas EPC industry, with a focus on brownfield projects.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, change control, cash flow, and invoicing.
- Experience with earned value management (EVM) and interpreting project schedules.
- Proficiency in cost control software such as EcoSys, Primavera P6, SAP, or similar tools.
- Previous experience working for a service provider of professional services in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as RICS, AACE, PMP, or CIMA are an advantage.
- Experience in contractual and commercial management within EPC projects.
