Senior Manager, Change Management

What you’ll do
- Support transformation projects, including digital shifts, process improvements, and cultural changes.
- Engage with teams to implement change, facilitate workshops, and manage risks and challenges.
- Prioritize the employee experience by designing tailored strategies for stakeholder engagement.
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects and ensure seamless execution across teams.
- Assess readiness for change, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with communications and training leads to deliver clear messaging and impactful learning materials.
- Monitor progress, gather feedback, and optimize change efforts for long-term success.
- Partner with leadership to align initiatives with strategic goals and future ways of working.
What you’ll have
- Proven experience in managing complex change initiatives.
- Expertise in human-centered change with a focus on employee engagement and support.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Analytical abilities to assess change readiness and impact.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
