Senior Intake and Outfalls Engineer
- Experienced with British, European and International standards and other construction practices.
- Experienced in a consulting engineering environment over the whole lifecycle of a project including concept, FEED and Detailed Design.
- Experienced in the design of the different types of sea water intakes and outfalls
- Experienced in the design of the associated pumping stations.
- Understanding of the different types of coastal modelling and the design of approach channels.
- Knowledge of seismic design.
- Experienced in dealing with a variety of clients including developers, government bodies and EPC Contractors.
- Competent in the use of industry software.
- Competent in the evaluation of the condition of existing structures, including condition surveys and projected maintenance programs.
- Job Specific Experience:
- Relevant design experience on a range of marine projects.
- Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience working in the Middle East.
- Experienced in the design of a range of other marine structures such as different types of quay walls, jetties, dolphins, breakwaters, and revetments.
