Senior Human Resources Manager - Project Site Based (Cameron, LA)

What you will bring

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisive, well-informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of the organization, influencing decisions effectively.
• Collaborative team player with professional and emotional maturity, capable of handling sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in a multi-location environment is an asset.
• Results-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with the ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Preferred:

• Extensive progressive HR experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in EPC/EPCM projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in change management, organizational design, and employee relations.
