Key Responsibilities:

Advise and support site teams on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance.

Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.

Lead HSE training, inductions, and awareness campaigns.

Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends.

Ensure adherence to local regulations and company HSE standards.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HSE, Engineering, or related field.

HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.

Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, ISO standards, and risk management.

Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
