Senior Field Engineer, Electrical

What you will bring

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements: 

• Experience: Extensive experience in field engineering roles, including supervisory and project management responsibilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction principles, methodologies, and best practices; proficiency in interpreting engineering designs and technical specifications.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and develop tactical plans for implementing organizational goals.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing client needs and regulatory landscapes.
• Systems Knowledge: Advanced understanding of systems, processes, and tools related to field engineering; ability to assist others and troubleshoot issues.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.

Preferred:

• Equivalent relevant experience.
