Senior Expert – Nuclear Operations & Maintenance

• Minimum of 20 years experience in nuclear power plant operations, including at least 10 years in senior plant or corporate leadership roles (Senior Manager, Plant Manager, Director/Vice O&M, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in pre-commissioning and startup phases of nuclear power plants.
• Extensive knowledge of international nuclear regulatory frameworks (IAEA, WANO, INPO).
• Experience in organising and managing training and qualification programs for licensed operators and maintenance staff.
• Prior experience in projects in the Middle East or working with newly established operators is an advantage.
• Advanced degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
