We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our Tauranga team. Initially seconded to a customer site, then continuing to work from our Tauranga office.

As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will be joining our high performing Worley electrical and power sector team. We've had some exciting recent projects across Solar Farms, BESS and Large Electrode and Electric boiler replacement projects. We are also looking at growing our Tauranga team.

The role will be Site based full-time for 4 months and then part-time for another 2 months, with the rest of your working hours spent at our Tauranga office.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in Tauranga.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Leading delivery on an electrical project for one of our key customers.
  • Management of sub-contractors during the construction phase.
  • Construction through to commissioning.
  • Delivering a large Electrical Boiler replacement.

What you’ll have

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with electrical construction experience.
  • Experience in electrical pre-commissioning work.
  • Experience in construction / commissioning.
  • Experience in managing a sub-contractor on site.
