What you will bring:

Technical and Industry Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in creating, managing, and distributing content in an online environment.
  • Proven experience as an editorial strategist or in a similar role within the B2B sector.
  • A deep understanding of the energy, chemicals and resources industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media, web content management, and internal communication strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to structure processes effectively and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing brand perception and driving internal alignment through cohesive storytelling.
  • Resilience and determination with a demonstrated ability to influence through positive relationships.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications/experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Editing, Publishing, or a related field will be highly regarded.
