Senior Document Controller
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- 5 plus years of experience in the oil & gas industry as a Document Controller.
- Proven experience with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
- Work with client EDMS Procore.
- Experience with Supplier documentation.
- Be familiar with the concept of metadata.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in using document management systems such as Microsoft Office, EDMS, SharePoint and Documentum.
- Experience of working within large project organizations and performing effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment.
Additional Information:
- This role is located in Martinez, CA.
- This is an on-site position and is not eligible for Hybrid or remote.
- Hourly Range $41.38-$60.86
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- High School Diploma.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of document control processes and systems on projects, and knowledge of the interface management with vendors will be required.
- Knowledge of engineering documents and approval processes within projects.
- Knowledge of Records Management.
