Senior Director - Executive Reward
About you:
This role would suit someone who is currently a Reward Director/Senior Director for a small to mid-sized ASX listed company or, as the 2IC to this person in a larger ASX Listed company.
Your additional experience will include:
- Extensive experience within executive reward, compensation, or remuneration within an ASX-listed company.
- Proven expertise in the design, implementation, and administration of executive reward plans, including equity plans, STI, and LTI programs.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation, including knowledge of ASX requirements and corporate governance requirements.
- Excellent strategic thinking with a deep understanding of how executive reward strategies can drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior leadership.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., HR, Finance, Business) and professional certifications in executive reward or compensation (e.g., GRP, CCP) would be advantageous.
