Senior Director, Business Development

You'll have:

• Extensive experience working within a business development directors role and with exposure to large, multinational organizations
• Prior sector experience in chemicals, resources and/or sustainable energy businesses, with proven track record in large and complex project sales and negotiations.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills within large scale project environment from a Business Development perspective.
• The ability to develop and demonstrate deep understanding of the customer’s business objectives and associated connections into our organization and offerings.
• Facilitate multi-level interactions between our customer and Worley’s key personnel (executives, key decision makers, technical specialists, sub-sector leaders and advisory), and ensure that an account approach is developed to ensure effective and consistent contact with customer.
