Senior Deskside Support Technician
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies' products and services
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company
- Provide hands-on assistance to users / clients
- Experience in a technical customer service role (service desk or call center)
- Technical troubleshooting of a wide range of Windows desktop and infrastructure systems
- Knowledgeable with a Helpdesk ticket tracking system such as Service Now
- Strong customer service orientation and attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong oral and written English skills
- Flexible, positive, organized, results oriented, able to adapt easily and creatively to new environments
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with respect to customers, colleagues and other professionals
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Industry-specific certification.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant computer languages or software
