Senior Data Analyst Strategist - Communications

- Can effectively demonstrate Worley’s values and behaviors
- Thoroughly understand existing and emerging digital communications’ channels and trends
- Build business cases for change, and experienced in communications and change management planning
- Interpret data and analytics and translate into meaningful insights, and leverage those insights and results to improve outcome
- Exceptional organizational skills and can prioritize and manage multiple projects from conception to completion within deadlines and budget
- Able to craft agile communication plans that can flex and adapt to changes in the project timeline, scope, resources, etc.
- Effectively communicate with C-Suite, people at all levels, and external stakeholders
- Partner with leaders/teams and influence to achieve communications goals
- Possess effective influencing, listening and client management skills
- Facilitate group sessions effectively
- Productive even in circumstances of ambiguity
- Cultural awareness and understanding
- Initiative-taking and results orientated, with an innovative mindset and approach to seeking solutions
- Coach others on appropriate selection of channels, depending on audience and desired outcomes
- Able to work across time zones, as needed
- Advanced skills in Microsoft i.e., SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams
