What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruiting/Human Resources specifically focused on industrial construction and/or maintenance.
- Extensive experience in recruiting skilled craft for direct-hire construction projects and/or turnarounds.
- Results oriented, services focused human resource professional with a verifiable track record for adding value, organization and supervisor performance and results.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and foster relationships with peers and management.
- Superior leadership and organizational management skills.
- Commitment to safety.
- Ability to effectively navigate a complex, matrix organization.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- Degree in High School Diploma/GED.
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently.
