Senior Compliance Manager
You'll have:
- A legal background with extensive work in Ethics & Compliance field across multiple geographies.
- A strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and standards of multiple jurisdictions, including Anti Bribery & Corruption laws, fraud regulations, anti-money laundering provisions.
- Effective application of legal knowledge and compliance experience to manage complex problems.
- A strong experience in carrying out global and project risk assessments.
- The ability to apply theoretical concepts in practical situations.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate clearly at all levels, set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, estimate timelines and schedule activities, identify, and allocate resources, effectively.
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership and ability to manage global time zones.
- A Self-motivated and solution oriented attitude with excellent mentoring, collaboration, and team building skills.
- An understanding of and adherence with Worley’s Code of Conduct and values.
