Required:
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations, or Journalism
· 10+ years of related experience working within a large organization with multiple offices or sites across EMEA in corporate communications, with an emphasis on internal communications and leader communications
· Proven experience in adapting communications to different markets and culturally diverse audiences
· Proven experience providing strategic communications counsel and coaching to senior leaders
· Strong content development skills across a range of formats such as long- and short-form communications, news, thought-leadership, speech writing, presentations, briefings, reports and social media.
· Proven experience leading the development and execution of strategic meetings, including town halls, for large audiences
· Proven ability to manage issues and crises, and perform under pressure
· Proven ability to operate in a highly-matrixed working environment
Preferred:
· Change communications expertise
· Speech-writing skills
· Media management and PR
· Experience managing agency partners and vendors
· Platform experience (Canva, Adobe, Video Editing, Sharepoint, Viva Engage, etc.)
