What you'll have
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, PR or Journalism.
- Experience working in a large organisation with stakeholders across multiple locations with an emphasis on internal and leader communications.
- Proven experience in adapting communications to different markets and culturally diverse audiences.
- Proven experience providing strategic communications counsel and coaching to senior leaders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas for communication initiatives.
- Strong content development skills across a range of formats such as long- and short-form communications, news, thought- leadership, speech writing, presentations, briefings, reports and social media.
- Proficiency in leading the development and execution of strategic meetings, including town halls, for large audiences.
- Demonstrated success managing issues and crises, and performing under pressure.
- Team player with the ability to operate in a highly-matrixed working environment.
- Self-driven and highly collaborative individual who actively engages colleagues across locations and time zones.
