Senior Communications and Change Management Advisor

Required qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.

·         Minimum 9 year of experience in developing training programs related to change, working in transformation programs/projects, particularly within a change management setting.

·         To have communications and change management experience, with a focus on change communications. 

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for internal audiences.

·         Proficiency in content creation using Learning Management Systems.

·         Advanced English level C1 or C2.

·         The selected candidate must live in Bogotá and be willing to work in hybrid mode.
