We’re looking for a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our Auckland team.

What you’ll do
- Provide technical leadership to the engineering and design team.
- Help to drive a culture of ‘doing it right first time’ and delivering practical engineering solutions.
- Hand-on design opportunities and the chance to utilise your business development and mentorship skills.
- Collaborate with other disciplines on a variety of projects.
What you’ll bring
- Proven track record leading a Civil Structural engineering team
- Confidence to lead a diverse range of projects, ensuring the end-to-end process is smooth, succinct and successful.
- Passion and enthusiasm to manage and mentor junior engineers
- Brownfield experience is essential.
- New Zealand working experience within the industry
- New Zealand CPEng registration and registered with the Auckland City Council is an advantage.
- Experience with software such as Staad, Navisworks or similar design packages.
- Seismic design of steel structures and concrete foundations experience
- Excellent communication and time management.
