Senior Bid and Proposal Specialist

What you'll have 

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a mix of the following skills and experience:

• Proposal coordination and bid preparation in the engineering or project engineering/management sectors or a related field.
• You are highly organised, driven, enthusiastic, and open minded in relation to your approach to creating winning bids and proposals.
• You are a strategic thinker, able to link proposal content back to Worley’s strategy while understanding and exceeding to our customer’s expectations.
• Are great at managing stakeholders (local and remote) and building strong relationships with senior management and peers.
• Are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
