What you’ll have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business, finance, or related discipline.
  • Candidates with dual qualifications (e.g. Engineering + Economics) have an advantage.
  • Extensive years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or within large corporates and asset-intensive industries (e.g. energy, infrastructure, resources). 
  • Proactive mindset to engage with customers to identify needs, develop hypothesis- based solutions, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a proven track record of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives, government representatives, technical specialists, and commercial teams.
  • Exposure to project finance, investment committees, and strategic planning groups is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated business development capability, including customer relationship development and proposal leadership.
  • Structured thinking, initiative, and ability to synthesise complex information into actionable recommendations for both customers and team members.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous for interactions with Mandarin-speaking only associates. 
  • Singapore or Malaysia citizen.
