Senior Associate - Advisory

What you’ll have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business, finance, or related discipline.

• Candidates with dual qualifications (e.g. Engineering + Economics) have an advantage.

• Extensive years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or within large corporates and asset-intensive industries (e.g. energy, infrastructure, resources), including experience with a Big Four firm or equivalent advisory environment

• Proven track record in managing customer engagements and delivering advisory services in complex environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with modelling, data analytics, and AI-enhanced tools (e.g. Python, Power BI, ChatGPT) is a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including experience working with senior executives.

• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, outcomes-focused approach.

• Ability to operate independently while fostering collaboration across teams and functions.

• Commercial acumen and ability to translate technical detail into business-relevant insight.

• Demonstrated business development capability, including customer relationship development and proposal leadership.

• Commitment to continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.

• Proven experience in dealing with senior management in corporate organisations.
