Senior Architectural Engineer
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage
- Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to HSE management and its associated requirements in a project environment
- Has an intermediate understanding of regulations, codes and industry standard practices.
- Knowledge of local and international codes and standards that are applicable to Architectural design.
- Experience with all major building types - commercial, residential, civic and industrial type buildings.
- Experience with substations design and industrial type buildings in addition to experience in commercial buildings.
- Demonstrate Project Architect responsibility level in medium-size commercial and/or industrial buildings from inception to completion

IT Skills:
- Revit 3D
- AutoCAD 2D
- Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in 3D Studio MAX, Lumion and/or RHINO would be an advantage
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage
