Senior Architect Consultant

You'll have:

 Academic Background: A recognized and relevant Degree in Architecture or equivalent that will lead to registration as a Professional Engineer. Preference will be given to candidates with a specialization in Urban Design or Master Planning.

 Experience:

·       Feasibility studies evaluating alternative design solutions and quantifying their impact on key project objectives

·       Lead and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to sustainability principles

·       Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into architectural solutions that exceed expectations

·       Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and budget requirements

·       Coordinate design groups, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment

·       We highly value individuals with demonstrable experience in concept design, conceptual brainstorming, or architecture competitions

Technical Knowledge:

·       Technical and practical architectural skills

·       Developing skills in architectural engineering-specific software

·       Quick sketch (handmade and 3d models) skills

·       Proficient in Revit, CAD & Photoshop

·       Graphic communication skills

·       Some skills in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite

Soft Skills

·       Verbal communication skills

·       Time-management skills

·       Problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work with minimal supervision
