Senior Architect – Master Planning & Buildings
Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent; eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer optional. Preference for candidates with specialization in industrial environments.
- Minimum 10 years of architectural experience with a proven track record in feasibility studies and evaluating alternative design solutions.
- End-to-end project leadership from concept to completion.
- Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Demonstrated success in concept design, architectural bids, and creative brainstorming.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and quick sketching (hand-drawn and 3D models). Excellent graphic communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong time management, creative problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
