Senior Architect – Master Planning & Buildings

Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent; eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer optional. Preference for candidates with specialization in industrial environments.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience with a proven track record in feasibility studies and evaluating alternative design solutions.
• End-to-end project leadership from concept to completion.
• Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Demonstrated success in concept design, architectural bids, and creative brainstorming.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and quick sketching (hand-drawn and 3D models). Excellent graphic communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.

• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong time management, creative problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
