Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

What you’ll have

• The RTO(A) shall have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience as an RTO, of which at least three (3) years shall be in the supervision of architectural works similar in nature to the Works in the LTA Civil Contract.
• Familiar with LTA Architectural Design Criteria.
• Familiar with Authorities’ and Permitting requirements, etc.
• The RTO(A) shall have at least a Diploma in building/architectural discipline or equivalent.
