What you will bring
The Resident Technical Officer (RTO) shall have minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to the Works in the LTA's Civil Contract. Experience in the following areas will be additional advantage:
- supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation
- Supervision of pipe roofing, using micro tunnelling or underground mining
- Concrete technology, inspection, quality control and quality assurance procedures related to the production of high quality precast concrete products
The RTO shall have a diploma in the civil / structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
