Resident Architect (RA)
What you’ll have
- The R(A) shall have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience as an architect, of which at least two (2) years shall be in the supervision of works similar in nature to the Works in the LTA Civil Contract.
- Familiar with LTA Architectural Design Criteria.
- Familiar with Authorities’ and Permitting requirements, etc.
- The R(A) shall be in the architectural discipline with architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA).
