Regional Remuneration & Benefits Lead
You'll have:
Job Specific Knowledge / Experience
· Deep expertise and knowledge of remuneration and benefits practices including job evaluation, salary benchmarking and remuneration analysis
· Significant experience in leading pay review projects across multiple countries
· Significant experience in leading and working with HR and business leaders to design effective remuneration strategy and coach on the application of remuneration strategy
· Experience in designing performance management frameworks, KPIs and variable remuneration plans
· Excellent analytical, data and reporting skills
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
· Degree qualified in a relevant field such as commerce/ business/ human resources management
· Additional relevant qualifications highly regarded
Flexible Working Arrangements:
- The role is regional in nature and may need to participate in calls in different time zones to be effective.
- Work from home options are available.
