Qualifications:

·         A minimum of 2 years administrative experience supporting Recruitment or HR functions

·         Human Resources experience working within an industrial construction environment preferred but not required

·         Certificate, diploma or degree accreditation in Business or Human Resources is preferred

·         Proven competency in MS Office suite of tools

·         Familiarity with applicant tracking and HR systems

·         Ability to appropriately handle high volume of mobilizations for field projects and work in a fast paced environment

·         Interpersonal skills – establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization, communication skills including verbal and written

·         Customer service, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally

·         Attention to detail, accuracy and a focus on producing a quality product in a timely manner
