What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise with ISO 9001 standards and demonstrated success maintaining compliance in a production setting.
  • Working knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, or NACE standards relevant to industrial equipment fabrication.
  • Strong auditing and CAPA experience, along with hands-on familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • A leadership style that’s both decisive and collaborative, with the ability to mentor teams and influence across functions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills that inspire confidence and clarity.

Preferred certifications:

  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Lean Manufacturing Certification
  • AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or NACE Coatings Inspector Certification (CIP)
  • PMP Certification (a plus for project-based quality oversight)
